Rest assured that you will receive exceptional psychological services at fair and reasonable rates.

Medicare will provide a rebate of $93.35.

Medicare offers rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. In order to obtain Medicare rebates you need to first visit your General Practitioner (GP) and explain your mental health concerns and obtain a referral. It is necessary to book a longer consultation with your GP so that they have adequate time to develop a care plan with you. Your GP will complete a ‘Mental Health Treatment Plan’ with you and also provide you with a letter of referral. You must bring these documents to your first session in order to access your Medicare rebate.

Rebates for psychological services are often offered by private health funds. To determine the exact details of the rebate, it is advisable to contact your health fund directly. It's important to note that you cannot claim from both Medicare and a private health fund for the same session.

We kindly request that you provide a 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to provide 24 hours notice or miss your scheduled appointment without prior notification, a $60 cancellation fee may apply.
